Hello, I am an eBay seller since 2025. I listed items in my eBay seller account within the assigned selling limits. After reaching the limit, I contacted eBay customer service to request an increase in my selling limits. As part of the review process, I was asked to submit several documents, including a copy of my passport and images of the listed items to verify their legitimacy. I provided all the requested documents promptly and in good faith. However, after submitting the required information, my account was unexpectedly suspended without any clear explanation. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but I was not informed of the exact reason for the suspension. I would like to sincerely request clarification regarding this issue and understand the reason for my account suspension. Hello, i'm ebay seller since 2024. We have 500+ items listed on our store but we are not getting orders from buyers whereas our competitors here in local area are doing very good business.
