KYC VERIFICATION ERROR - UNABLE TO LIST ITEMS
Hello eBay Community, I’m facing an ongoing issue while trying to list items on eBay. The system keeps showing the following error: "You can't list, as you need to update your GSTIN and IEC on eBay. GSTIN and IEC are mandatory for sellers who are registered in India to sell on eBay. To sell on eBay, provide your GSTIN and IEC on your My eBay Account Settings Profile page." However, both my GSTIN and IEC are already verified through Payoneer, and my Payoneer account is fully linked and active. I contacted eBay Customer Support multiple times, but the support could not help much. Later, I received an email from the eBay KYC team mentioning that the issue is due to a **PAN mismatch** and that I should send my documents to **kycverification@ebay.com**. I have already submitted my PAN card, GSTIN, and IEC documents multiple times (most recently again today), but there has been **no resolution so far**. The error still prevents me from listing new items. Could someone from the eBay team or community please help me understand how to get this fixed? Is there any other way to get the KYC manually updated or verified so that I can resume selling? Thank you in advance for any help.
Bank charge for closing shipping bill too high for ecommerce seller in India.
Bank is charged a lot of money to realize the export process. Which is too much for us. Please send the below letter format by mail to all the institution like RBI, Ministry of finance, Ministry of commerce, DGFT, Customs. May be in next guidelines or FTP they will change the realize process or reduce the charge. Otherwise we shall force to close our business in near future. Respected Sir, This is to request you to look to into the matter regarding compulsion of EDPMS and closing of the shipping bill with the AD Banks and the high bank charges imposed by the AD Banks upon us. This is state that we are exporting in small quantities and amount, less than a value for Rs. 25000.00 through online portals like e-bay/Amazon and are shipped through courier/India post in CSB-V. This is to further state that the payments are received in advance through Online Gateway Payment System(OPGSP) like paypal/payoneer. This is to inform that AD Banks are charging an average of Rs. 1500.00-2000.00 as bank charges per shipping bill for EDPMS and closing of the shipping bills which is very high in respect to our monetary volume of the business which ranges an average invoice value for Rs. 1500.00 to Rs. 5000.00. Hence the bank charges for the above is unbearable for us. This is to describe you that International market is a competitive one and to compete there the price should be competitive one. You are requested to look into the matter regarding the modification of the charges imposed by the banks for the above service or modification of the system of uploading the above procedure so that the matter becomes cost effective for us, otherwise it has become difficult for us to continue with the business. Hi members here, I've been shown with this below dialogue even though I updated my valid IEC and GSTIN. How to contact eBay to inform the changes I've made? You can't list, as you need to update your GSTIN and IEC on eBay. GSTIN and IEC are mandatory for sellers who are registered in India to sell on eBay. eBay asking to update GSTIN and IEC while listing but it was already done months ago.

But I updated GSTIN and IEC months ago. My GSTIN and IEC are also visible in my account details page. Payoneer has also verified the info. Please help.... Hi everyone, I’m facing an issue where my eBay listings are only showing visibility in the United States, but not in other countries. I selected Australia to check international traffic in the Performance tab, but as you can see in the attached screenshot, there’s no traffic at all from that region. Here are some details about my account: eBay account active since December 2024 I have successfully processed 5 orders so far (from the USA, Japan, and Singapore) My listings have international shipping enabled, including Global Shipping Program (GSP) for many items Still, I'm not getting any impressions or visibility in markets like Australia, UK, or Europe. Has anyone else faced this issue? Any suggestions or settings I should double-check? Would appreciate your help or if a moderator can look into this. Thanks in advance! Decoproper!
Account restriction ans suspension
Hello when my account is reinstated. because of its Long Time of Bad Service of BBE . (1) if the address of the buyer is not serviceable that is the seller Guilty 2. when order is cancelled due to buyer address issues it is the seller Guilty. that Effect to BBE performance Due to Stock cancellation. 3.All items are Full stocks then why BBE dashboard showing Stock out cancellation that it also sells Guilty. 4.If the seller refunds the buyer it is also the seller Guilty. 5.System fault that is also Seller Guilty. Seller Pay :Lot of Commission to eBay . and upload thousand of Doller. Ebay BBE Service have Many Problem for Seller . Buyer Not Give Lot of Money to eBay seller pay Lot of charge to eBay As Store charges, Advertisement Charges, Selling Commision and Many More. when the Stupid things will be close BBE Service . All 21 Feedback are 100 % positive then after eBay restricted my account . I use ebay global shipping to ship order from india. I have shipped my order on time and packed it properly , it has been 15 days since my order was not picked up by the courier partner i raised a ticket on ebay global shipping regarding mis pickup, now the buyer opens an inr case , i have refund the ebay before the responses time , how im protected with the inr case as it still reflects on seller performance
