Not getting orders from buyers

Hello, i'm ebay seller since 2024. We have 500+ items listed on our store but we are not getting orders from buyers whereas our competitors here in local area are doing very good business. To even make it worse, we havent received even single order from past 1.5 months (normally, we hardly get 1 or 2 order/month)

 

So far what i did to overcome this?

  • optimised listing, added details, keywords, clear pics 
  • purchased store
  • enabled marketing, offers, campaigns
  • kept lowest price than most of the stores on ebay
  • free shipping

contacted with ebay support team multiple times, but no resolution so f

 

We are drowning into debt. We suspect if anything wrong with our store. Please help.

    i lisited more than 3000 lisitngs. i also not getting sells. don't what is the reason.

    Yes I tested this theory my self you have to upload atleast 5-10 cards a day, to be competitive in the algorithm. Also promote listings at 2.1. I have 800 plus listings and 152 reviews started selling in November and have almost 250 sold. The key is consistency of uploading. Like no lie while writing this message I sold 3 cards. Make shipping free incorporate the shipping price in your cost.
