KYC Verification Still Pending Despite Submitting PAN Proof
Hello eBay Team, I’m following up regarding the KYC verification issue I had shared earlier, where I was unable to list items due to the error message asking me to update my GSTIN and IEC. As mentioned before, both of these are already verified through Payoneer and my account is fully active. After contacting eBay support and asking help through my recent discussion post, I was told that my GSTIN and IEC proofs have been received by the eBay team I was asked to share proof(screenshot) of the updated PAN card details from my Payoneer account to kycverification@ebay.com . I have since **emailed the screenshot of the approved PAN card status** to kycverification@ebay.com as instructed. However, despite completing all these steps, I’m still seeing the same error and remain unable to list new items. There has been no further resolution since then. Could you please help me check the current status of my KYC verification? I would really appreciate any assistance in getting this resolved as soon as possible so I can resume listing. Thank you for your time and support! Best regards, naturalgutindia134Views0likes1CommenteBay asking to update GSTIN and IEC while listing but it was already done months ago.
Hello @in_news_team I am trying to list an item on ebay but getting following error. "You can't list, as you need to update your GSTIN and IEC on eBay. GSTIN and IEC are mandatory for sellers who are registered in India to sell on eBay. To sell on eBay, provide your GSTIN and IEC on your My eBay Account Settings Profile page." But I updated GSTIN and IEC months ago. My GSTIN and IEC are also visible in my account details page. Payoneer has also verified the info. Please help.... I have been selling on ebay since 2007. Recently, 2 of the buyers from Italy, who do not wanted to pay import tax ,opened INR case and my account was punished with no selling privilege without warning. While this policy does not exist for sellers in the west. I am sure there are other Indian sellers too facing this peroblem and there will be more . A buyer may open INR case for simply not paying import taxes or buyer may not be available to recieve, why the sellers are being punished? Is there even a human working on this or all decisions are being taken by faulty AI system who cannot differentiate between Genuine and Fraud INR cases. I want to know if eBay india team is seeing this trend or trying to find a solution?1KViews0likes0CommentsFrustrating UPS Exporting Experience - Need Urgent Resolution
Extremely disappointed with our ongoing UPS experience! As an eBay seller from India, we entrusted UPS to ship our LOT order of ₹53,421.27 through the EGS (eBay Global Shipping). However, UPS's errors turned this into a nightmare, and it's been over 2 months without a proper response from UPS! Here's a summary of the ordeal, as per UPS tracking and email communication: On June 14th, the first delivery attempt failed because the receiver didn't pay customs charges. On June 15th, the second attempt delivery was unsuccessful for the same reason. Customs charges were paid by our receiver via PayPal but after the second Attempt. June 16th: On the third attempt, the shipment was still undelivered because UPS couldn't collect the charges that our buyer already paid. June 26th: Fourth attempt, same issue. June 27th: Fifth attempt, but the receiver had moved, so we provided a new address. July 8th: Tracking showed a delivery issue with the street number, but it was later corrected, and UPS said it would be delivered. However, on the same day, UPS claimed the shipment was returning due to an incomplete address. UPS acknowledged that the RTS (return to sender) exception was wrongly entered by the destination team, and they assured that the problem would be resolved, promising delivery on the same day. Finally, on July 13th, UPS confirmed that the shipment was indeed returning to the sender. Shipment arrived in India on 25th July with duty charges + return freight ₹ 49,498 + storage charges + UPS handling. As it was an error on UPS's end, we have refused to pay any return charges, and UPS still possesses our package. To date, we have not received any resolution from UPS. It has been a nightmare. We are grateful to our buyer who has been patient and understanding throughout the situation.862Views0likes0Comments
