Getting following error when trying to list items "You can't list, as you need to update your GSTIN and IEC on eBay. GSTIN and IEC are mandatory for sellers who are registered in India to sell on eBay. To sell on eBay, provide your GSTIN and IEC on your My eBay Account Settings Profile page. {e281883-962585x}"Please help escalate or connect me with the right team to fix this issue.
Hi eBay Community, My business account (pithadiya.machinery) has been restricted from selling items above USD 500 for over 2 months. I’ve sent all required documents and around 16–20 emails, but only get automated replies and no account manager assigned. Please help escalate or connect me with the right team to fix this issue.

i am enable to list our product on fine silver & handmade jewelry when i trying to list our product above category To maintain a safe trading environment, eBay places limits on the number of categories sellers can list in. Currently, you do not have required permission to sell in this category. this error show
KYC Verification Still Pending Despite Submitting PAN Proof
Hello eBay Team, I’m following up regarding the KYC verification issue I had shared earlier, where I was unable to list items due to the error message asking me to update my GSTIN and IEC. As mentioned before, both of these are already verified through Payoneer and my account is fully active. After contacting eBay support and asking help through my recent discussion post, I was told that my GSTIN and IEC proofs have been received by the eBay team I was asked to share proof(screenshot) of the updated PAN card details from my Payoneer account to kycverification@ebay.com . I have since **emailed the screenshot of the approved PAN card status** to kycverification@ebay.com as instructed. However, despite completing all these steps, I’m still seeing the same error and remain unable to list new items. There has been no further resolution since then. Could you please help me check the current status of my KYC verification? I would really appreciate any assistance in getting this resolved as soon as possible so I can resume listing. Hi eBay community, I am registered in India and have submitted all required documentation. However, I am still receiving the following error when attempting to list: "To maintain a safe trading environment… you do not have required permission to sell in this category" for the books category. I kindly request guidance on how to obtain approval to sell in this category.
eBay tracking number not updated
Hi please check order ID in image attached. The shipment is already delivered to buyer on 8th August. Since it's not updated on ebay our Funds are on hold. When we track on DHL website it shows delivered on 8th August but on ebay its just showing out for delivery since last week.Please check and release our funds.
