eBay Policies 2026 - As a seller, no matter what arguments I make, I feel like it doesn't matter
Hello, my name is Claudiu and below is the link to my profile: https://www.ebay.com/usr/designer_scarves_accesories Location - Romania - Europe - I sell branded scarves I have had my account open since 2024, but considering the following information I need to understand what is happening?!? - I have not had any problems so far, no complaints, only positives reviews ! Over 100 reviews in the last year. - My supplier is a legal entity, meaning with businesses in the field, so the purchase invoices are real: - Purchase invoice sent to Ebay for appeal, but in vain; - I sold the same type of scarf, only in a different color, without problems, no complain; - An identical scarf is listed for sale by another seller, from Asia, without any problem; - The scarf has all the labels present, brand and composition; - The info/email received is based ONLY on PHOTOS uploaded by me, no one has physically had the scarf for a proper analysis, actually probably AI. - Also, some buyers/sellers can send reports with bad intentions, just to cause me this kind of problems. My question is, why in the last month, I had 3 scarves listed for more than 1 year, is considered not following Ebay policies regarding Counterfeit items ?!? I sent the purchase invoice for the first one, but the appeal was rejected, I repeat even though there is a similar scarf listed on Ebay. So I gave up on the next 2 because I don't think it's worth wasting my time.Already updated GSTIN and IEC in ebay account but still not able to list items

i am enable to list our product on fine silver & handmade jewelry when i trying to list our product above category To maintain a safe trading environment, eBay places limits on the number of categories sellers can list in. Currently, you do not have required permission to sell in this category. this error show
KYC Verification Still Pending Despite Submitting PAN Proof
Hello eBay Team, I’m following up regarding the KYC verification issue I had shared earlier, where I was unable to list items due to the error message asking me to update my GSTIN and IEC. As mentioned before, both of these are already verified through Payoneer and my account is fully active. After contacting eBay support and asking help through my recent discussion post, I was told that my GSTIN and IEC proofs have been received by the eBay team I was asked to share proof(screenshot) of the updated PAN card details from my Payoneer account to kycverification@ebay.com . I have since **emailed the screenshot of the approved PAN card status** to kycverification@ebay.com as instructed. However, despite completing all these steps, I’m still seeing the same error and remain unable to list new items. There has been no further resolution since then. Could you please help me check the current status of my KYC verification? I would really appreciate any assistance in getting this resolved as soon as possible so I can resume listing.
