Suspension of the Ebay Account
Hello, I am an eBay seller since 2025. I listed items in my eBay seller account within the assigned selling limits. After reaching the limit, I contacted eBay customer service to request an increase in my selling limits. As part of the review process, I was asked to submit several documents, including a copy of my passport and images of the listed items to verify their legitimacy. I provided all the requested documents promptly and in good faith. However, after submitting the required information, my account was unexpectedly suspended without any clear explanation. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but I was not informed of the exact reason for the suspension. I would like to sincerely request clarification regarding this issue and understand the reason for my account suspension. I am fully willing to cooperate and provide any additional information or documents required to resolve this matter. Hello, i'm ebay seller since 2024. We have 500+ items listed on our store but we are not getting orders from buyers whereas our competitors here in local area are doing very good business. To even make it worse, we havent received even single order from past 1.5 months (normally, we hardly get 1 or 2 order/month) So far what i did to overcome this? optimised listing, added details, keywords, clear pics purchased store enabled marketing, offers, campaigns kept lowest price than most of the stores on ebay free shipping contacted with ebay support team multiple times, but no resolution so f We are drowning into debt.
