Regarding EGS payment

Dear Team,

 

                       payoneer transfer payment in our bank account in fixed date.i think EGS team have improve in payment deduction process. sometime they deduct shipping charges before date 30th and sometime they deduct after 30th date. while EGS starting deduction shipping charges from our account,payment is not available in our account because payonner is already transfer in our account and eBay charged from our CREDIT CARD. creditcard compony charge CURRUNCY CONVERSION charges and GST charges from us. this is loss for us. i also highlighted this issue in previously . but, there is not solution. if anyone showing post from the eBay team. please help to sort out this issue.

    The EGS charges are charged forthrightly. i.e on 15th or 31st of every month. The deduction may get delayed due to non working days. For any further queries please connect with your assigned account manager if any or you can raise a dispute via the resolution center on eBayGlobalShipping.
