error in enrolling ebay global shipping
hi as discussed in today's seller education session pls help us in enrolling eBay global shipping program.
we faced the following error while clicking on login
"
Your EGS account is not active.
- If you are an existing user and changed your eBay User ID recently, please drop a mail to ops@ebay.com along with your old and new user ids.
- In case of any other issues, please mail the issue along with your user ID and screenshot of the error to ops@ebay.com"
We mailed many times since no reply received. pls, help us to get out of it.
