Protection in ebay global shipping

Question

I use ebay global shipping to ship order from india. I have shipped my order on time and packed it properly , it has been 15 days since my order was not picked up by the courier partner i raised a ticket on ebay global &nbsp;shipping regarding mis pickup, &nbsp; now the buyer opens an inr case , i have refund the ebay before the responses time , how im protected with the inr case as it still reflects on seller performance&nbsp;
