Seller Account Activation

Good day,
Hope this message finds you in good health.

This is to inform you, that my seller account apsmarine_42 has not been verified on ebay india platform since august, however on Payoneer its verified and connected to ebay.com for payouts.

The Main issue is when i'm registering for ebay global shipping, it says your account is not active, When i'm trying to subscribe to a store on ebay.com, it says again complete kyc process 
I am fed up of this complex process, kindly indulge and help as i've been playing ping pong of messages from august.
Please take a look at attached Screen shots for your reference.
Kindly help.

    We are sorry to know about the issue faced by you while registering for eBay Global Shipping (EGS).  For issues with EGS we request you to kindly connect with the team at ops@ebay.com 

     

    With regards to your KYC issue, please note that once you have successfully registered with Payoneer and completed the KYC, your information would be automatically synced in your eBay account. You do not need to upload any documents for KYC in your eBay account. Once the KYC is completed you will be notified via email by the Payoneer team. Incase you need more help around this , please connect with the Payoneer team at https://payoneer-in.custhelp.com/ 

     

    Post your KYC completion you should be able to subscribe for the eBay stores.

    If possible please try to connect with eBay customer care (USA) . Generally if you do not have any account manager it takes more then  2 months.  But by customer care you can accelerate your process. 

     

    Keep checking all notification at Payoneer because some time there is not notification sign at payoneer but if you go and click on notification ..You will find some pending things there.
