GSTIN error while registering myself

I'm facing the same issue.
I'm trying to contact Ebay customer care but it seems there's no way to get in touch.
They don't respond to Emails, Tweets or Feedbacks.
I'm a little worried what if I run into an issue after completing the registration, will they help us out?

1.Concact ebay submit your id proof -100%                                    (but contact and submite is very rare-keep trying)

2.login for atleast 90 days -50%
