As a seller it is important to ensure that you are mentioning the correct item location in your listings i.e. the exact location from where the item would be shipped to the buyer. So even if your registered address is different than your "Item Shipped From" location to the buyer it matter from where is it going to be shipped.
However if you are registered under eBay Global Shipping (EGS) note that you can have three pickup addresses in addition to your eBay account address. These addresses must be verified by the Logistics Partner(s). To register a pickup address, please go to your profile page, add the address you wish to schedule the pick-up from and upload its address proofs. After the LSP(s) verify your pickup address, while booking the shipment, you can select any one of the pickup addresses.
