regarding store subscription

Actually, I’m a new seller from India who joined recently, but I only started learning about eBay Seller Account Management through seminars. I attended Jyoti's seminar classes and opened this account after that.Now I see a balance of -$51.95 to be paid, and I don’t understand why I’m being charged this amount. Even when I try to pay using my Indian debit/credit cards, it says 'card couldn’t be verified'. What should I do now? If there are any other options, please let me know. I’m ready to pay using PayPal if that works.Also, I think this charge is because I chose the 'Basic Store Subscription'. I didn’t realize I’d be charged this much for that. I want to cancel that store subscription. How do I do that? I want to stay on the Starter plan for a few days to learn everything properly and then upgrade later. Please guide me clearly

Please be informed that incase of any amount due to any fees towards eBay, it would be debited from your upcoming transactions.
