Inorder to make the payment of your pending eBay fees, please follow the below mentioned steps:
- Login to your eBay account
- Click on "Payments" tab in Seller Hub
- On the "Your financial summary" page you would be able to view the option "Pay now"
- Just click on it and follow the instructions
