Account issues

I provides all the necessary documents ( GST /IEC /Etc.) but still could not able to list my product!! All the time showing error message that update your GST & IEC code [ Although I updated that two several times successfully]...

Contacted ebay.com seller support 10 times almost! They lastly told that your account from India, so may be problem from their side, so contact with eaby.in & solve the matter!!

 

Though what's the matter they don't have any clue as they told me that everything is fine here!!

 

So, anybody could help here for the error issues...!! Or please provide any contact or mail of ebay India, so that I could able to reach them for the difficulties!! 😢

    We request you to kindly check for the update from the customer support team in your eBay account under My Messages.  Also post this it is important that you account is also verified via Payoneer. Once done you should be able to list successfully on eBay for exports from India. For any other issues related to your account, please do contact our customer support team: https://www.ebay.com/help/home

    It's all uploaded several time!! Not getting any solution for the same... & ebay team also quite about in the dark regarding the solution....

     

    I checked my Payoneer account daily... Nothing pending for verification... But one thing ( IEC CODE) is under review since from 21st september 2021 ( Don't know this is the reason or not!!?)

     

    Tried to contact payoneer team lot's of Time No reply... Only automated mail coming ( That's it from Payoneer Team)!!

     

    I am really tired all this things...

    Facing same issue, is there any resolution here? 

     

    Account is verified by Payoneer - but while listing - it still shows error. Ebay.com support tells to contact Ebay.in Support. Don't know how to reach ebay.in support.
