- KYC COMPLETED BUT I STILL CANNOT LIST ITEMS TO SELL
You can't list, as you need to update your GSTIN and IEC on eBay. GSTIN and IEC are mandatory for sellers who are registered in India to sell on eBay.
To sell on eBay, provide your GSTIN and IEC on your My eBay Account Settings Profile page.

Please note that inorder to start selling on eBay from India it is mandatory that GSTIN & IEC is updated within your eBay account. If you have already done so, then please note that your query has been shared further and you can expect to hear from them soon.

Yes, i have updated both GST & IEC on myebay>summary>account>business info. Kindly guide as there is no phone or email support for India. So i am stuck since months.
