About refunds
i had bought a pendrive on oct 2014. Seller failed to delivered the product. then i raised a claim on November and that got closed. Claim ID 707217. myPaisepay Number : 161431433840 Upto here everything went cool. But still i didnt get the money since these months. I have contracting your call centers almost 6-8 times. eveytime same answer from u ppl, saying you will get money in next 2days. and i have sent so many mails. *** Worst Service****** **** Worst service center**** **** Cheating Ebay******** You people have to learn from other ecommeerence sites... Jabong Mantra even from flipcart.
hell lot of problems while buying
Dear eBay, You are not fit to stay in India. I really don't understand why the hell ebay forgot password doesn't work properly. Remember you are not a banking site to ask for change password with high security. This is a **bleep**ing **bleep** experience and I will never ever visit this site. For god sake, please allow to change address while buying any product. There is an option, but it is just dummy. Worst ever customer care experience. Waited for 15 minutes :( I could have walked to any shopping mall and purchaised a product. I just called customer care because my account was deactivated. And I am not sure why the hell you will deactivate the account if someone is not usuing for more than 6 months. you don't have enough space in server ? lol.
