Issues Faced
I had purchased an HTC One M8 via ebay. However, the item had a manufacturing defect. We contacted them through mail but they very blatantly and self conveniently failed to address appropriately. We contacted them on the number provided and after probably 20 attempts on the working day within their timings, they responded. I was conveyed by their person that he would contact us on his own, or mail or sms us the same day with the resolution of our complaints. I have tried to contact him almost 20 times on two consecutive days after that and he has not responded to the complaint. They have made a mockery of the consumer complaints and of the philosophy of ecommerce. Please think before you buy from them.
