custom charges, how do i have to pay it in india?(i am from odisha)
hello everyone. i bought a laptop battery from a seller based on china, its price was $45.98 and he sent it via sweden post. i don't know if it was marked as a gift or not, nor do i know anything about the customs duty or how to pay it. but i had to buy it because the battery is not available in india, and i needed it urgently for my studies. i am from odisha, india, and there are no customs office in my city(jajpur town, nearest city is bhubaneswar). so how does it actually work? do they sent it via the local post office and i have to pay the postman the custom duties while receiving the item? i am asking this because the customs office is not in my city, nor in any of the nearest cities. or the customs will call me before sending the item through a local post(indian registered post)? i hope i won't have to go to their office... any help is much appreciated. thank you.
hell lot of problems while buying
Dear eBay, You are not fit to stay in India. I really don't understand why the hell ebay forgot password doesn't work properly. Remember you are not a banking site to ask for change password with high security. This is a **bleep**ing **bleep** experience and I will never ever visit this site. For god sake, please allow to change address while buying any product. There is an option, but it is just dummy. Worst ever customer care experience. Waited for 15 minutes :( I could have walked to any shopping mall and purchaised a product. I just called customer care because my account was deactivated. And I am not sure why the hell you will deactivate the account if someone is not usuing for more than 6 months. you don't have enough space in server ? lol.
