Hello, eBay community leaders! I’ve been an eBay seller for over 9 years and have made more than 5,000 sales. I diligently follow all requirements and know all the rules, which is why I’ve been selling consistently for 9 years without ever running into any trouble. My account has been permanently suspended due to the BBE policy, and my dashboard has disappeared. I firmly believe this is an unfair algorithm error that does not reflect my actual performance. Over the past 90 days, I’ve completed over 120 successful sales. The system flagged me as a violator for 3 BBE violations (INR transactions), but 2 of these 3 items have already been successfully DELIVERED to buyers: Order ID: 267088970294 — Tracking Number: LA064084343UA — Status: DELIVERED. Order ID: 267586678489 — Tracking Number: LO066089555UA — Status: DELIVERED. If these valid tracking numbers had been properly processed by the BBE system, my defect rate would have been only 1.1% (1 remaining defect out of over 120 sales), which is well within a safe market average. Buyers received exactly what they ordered. The system also flagged me as a violator for 1 BBE violation (SNAD transaction), but the buyer closed the dispute himself an hour later because he had opened it by mistake and apologized to me. He even made another purchase a few days after that. Order ID: 10080112001126. You can verify for yourself that the buyer closed the dispute after an hour without any refunds or complaints. Additionally, just a few days ago, eBay’s Compliance Department sent me official approval to list items worth over $500 on the U.S. marketplace thanks to my excellent recent performance. Currently, my account has a positive balance of $700, which proves that I am an honest seller with no intention of evading fees or harming the community. I ask that you manually review these shipping confirmations, remove the unfair defect flags, and restore my selling privileges. Thank you for your time and for your fair decision.
