I am seeking some help regarding my seller (BBE). I am a low-volume seller and my metrics have recently taken a hit that has put my account into permanent selling restriction, despite the issues were resolved. Here is the situation: I have had 11 total sales over the last few months. Two of these transactions were ,,delayed,, due to the conflict in the Middle East, which caused major disruptions to postal services between US and Europe. The buyers opened "Item Not Received" (INR) cases for both of these orders. I resolved both cases immediately, and both packages were successfully delivered few days after. Despite the cases being resolved and the items being delivered, my BBE score has spiked significantly due to these two instances. Because my total sales volume is quite low, these two cases represent a disproportionately high percentage of my metrics. I mailed ebay CS many many times after every warning mail about my numbers, what should i do or if i can get manualy deleted those 2 cases. Always got same formulated answers and unnecessary recommendations, not any help. Last 4 days i messaged CS and agent told me your account is OK and they dont see any selling restrictions. One day after that all my listings were ended and my ,,selling privilege,, gone. I lost 10 years old account with 100% positive feedback for nothing basically. Does anyone have advice/help if theres any way to appeal or something what can i do?
