KYC IS INCOMPLETE
Summary: primeartdecor is an eBay seller from India facing issues with listing products internationally due to an incomplete KYC status. They were informed that their Trade Name does not match the business document, but they can't edit it directly on eBay. After consulting with Payoneer, it was confirmed that the Company Name matches the documents, yet the issue persists, with GSTIN and IEC still flagged for updates. furisa@ebay, an eBay representative, responded, saying the issue has been forwarded for further review. Despite updates being reflected on their account, primeartdecor continues facing errors and has requested further assistance to resolve the listing issue.
I am an eBay seller from India and I am currently unable to list internationally because my account shows that my KYC is incomplete.
eBay informed me that the Trade Name on my account does not match the Trade Name shown on my submitted business document and instructed me to update the Trade Name according to the document.
However, I cannot directly edit or update the Business/Trade Name from my eBay account. There is no separate Trade Name field available on eBay for me to change it.
I contacted Payoneer regarding this issue because my eBay Business Name is connected with Payoneer. Payoneer reviewed my account and confirmed that my Company Name already matches my submitted business document, and they did not make any changes.
I therefore cannot understand where exactly the Trade Name mentioned by eBay can be updated.
Additionally, eBay is showing that my GSTIN and IEC need to be updated, even though both have already been submitted.
Could an eBay representative please review my account and clarify which name/field needs to be updated and how I can update it, or escalate this to the appropriate verification team?

I followed eBay’s instructions and Payoneer has now corrected my Company Name to match my business verification documents.
My GSTIN and IEC have also been updated on my eBay account. eBay now shows that all account information is up to date, but I am still unable to create international listings. When I try to list a product, I continue to receive an error saying that my GSTIN and IEC need to be updated.
Could you please review my account and check the KYC/GSTIN/IEC verification status? If everything is already verified, please refresh or remove the restriction that is preventing me from creating listings.
I have attached a screenshot of the current error for reference.
