Digicommerce - Authorized 3rd party for setting up seller accounts - True or not!! | Sell Globally on eBay

I have been getting emails and calls by a company called digicommerce in India which is supposed to be an authorised 3rd party appointed and paid by eBay in order to make the onboarding process seamless for new sellers. I got intrigued as I was keen on selling globally through eBay. While I could find many reviews saying "amazing experience, great service" when searched this company (digi commerce), I am not very convinced that it is real. It would be great help if someone can help with whatever information they have regarding this company or any such program that eBay might be running.
