Unable to list in ebay

Hi , I have been looking everywhere to fix this issue. I am a newbie from India who was looking to start on ebay. Firstly , when I have already uploaded all documents on payoneer, all my GSTIN and IEC are correct and updated Ebay wanted me to change my trade name accordingly to the documents to complete kyc so I did change my trade name according to ebay. After having done all this , even now when I try to list this same error appears. I have checked everything, have sent emails to ebay support, I still can't do anything. If anyone could get me in contact with an ebay representative that would be greatly appreciated
