Serious issue with an abusive buyer abusing returns and leaving defamatory feedback
Hello community,
I am facing a severe and deeply frustrating issue with a buyer (maviju949523 / Viktoria Kehle) who purchased an authentic item from my collection, abused eBay's return and refund process, and is now trying to force a fraudulent outcome.
To make matters worse, after manipulating the transaction, the buyer left a malicious and false negative feedback claiming the item is "fake," just to damage my reputation and retaliate.
My good name and integrity as a seller mean everything to me, and I refuse to let dishonest individuals ruin my profile with slanderous reviews while keeping the product and attempting to steal a refund.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation? How can I properly escalate this to ensure eBay removes this unfair retaliatory feedback and protects honest sellers from this kind of scam? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
