QUERY FOR DEFECTS UNDER SNAD AND INR

Please provide replies to the following:

 

1. If a buyer opens a SNAD case, whereas actually he intends to return the item, or because he does not like the item, then what is the resolution for the sellers.

 

2. If there are cases under SNAD and INR, which have closed in favour of seller, will they be counted in threshold limit for SNAD and INR?

 

3. I had few cases of SNAD and INR closed in my favour, still I have received warning mail ? Why has this happened?

 

4. How is this parameter different from the eBay.com seller dashboard parameter of CASES CLOSED WITHOUT SELLER RESOLUTION"?

 

In the webinar on the topic, these points were not clarified, and hence the webinar was insufficient from my perspective.

    they are saying that the 2% includes the open rate meaning if the buyer even opens a case for INR or SNAD they will count no matter what its a false case or buyer opened it mistakenly or he meant something else hundred different reasons are there but no they will count it as sellers fault and impose penalty if the open rate of cases exceed 2% which is nothing ex if you sell 100 items meaning there are 100 transactions and if 2 returns are opened it will come under 2% criteria and they will penalise you . Please logically think ebay . Cases closed without seller resolution is actually the best parameter to judge if seller is doing good or not . Not this SNAD or INR !!!!!!!

    Please find below the responses to your queries:

     

    A1: Accept, facilitate & offer returns. Provide means of returns to the buyer. Returns open under SNAD reason (you have to follow the mentioned). Return open under remorse reason, where your return policy says " buyer pays for return postage, yes the buyer will be responsible to ship and complete the returns from their end, however, accepting returns is of prime importance in this scenario as well.

     

    A2: Yes, they will be counted in in threshold limit for SNAD and INR. The essence here is that INR and SNAD should not be opened on seller account.

     

    A3: Please refer to the below threshold: INR: Less than or equal to 3% of total paid transactions and less than 3 claims and SNAD: Less than or equal to 2% of total paid transactions and less than 2 claims. Irrespective of their outcome (seller or buyer favour, they will be counted as per new consequence package)

     

    A4: Cases Closed Without Seller Resolution impacts your seller standards, however the new consequence guidelines will not affects your seller standards
