This is an email link, there are 8 topics are listed. You have to select the topic related to your query. Click on that link, and then the CONTACT US button. After that you can post your query. It's good if you mentioned your query / problem in below mentioned formats.

you can contact ebay customer support on ebay.com by calling them if you don't have a account manager they will surely help you and you can also mail your problem or issue to https://ocsnext.ebay.in/ocs/home and they will surely be back to you.
