Unresolved Authentication Failure for new fedex account.

Hello everyone,

 

In early August '22, I have set up a new Fedex account with EbayGlobalShipping. 

Its all set up, with the keys and meter numbers etc. 

However, i have not been able to send a single shipment. 

Everytime I try to generate shipment, it says Authentication Failure. 

I have lodged 3 disputes with resolution center but NO response in last 45 days.

My sincere request to the community is :
If you have faced similar situation, please share your experience about how you

reached a resolution.

    Greetings from team eBay!

     

     

    The FedEx keys needs to be activated by FedEx Team. Kindly write on  and share all the 4 FedEx credentials for activation.

     

    Incase if the keys are activated,  kindly raise a technical dispute with the credentials details shared by FedEx team on email. 

     

    For more assistance you may write to ops@ebay.com or you can also raise a dispute via the "Resolution Center" by signing into the eBayglobalshipping account.
