The buyer wants an invoice?
Hi, the buyer of my item has asked for an invoice as he is a company (I’m a private seller) I’ve been going round in circles but still can’t find a solution that works, none of the instruction information I have found have the same page layout, I’ve tried looking for it, I’ve tried using the iOS app & the web but still nothing.
This used to be so easy to print an invoice when using PayPal for payment.
any help will be much appreciated

Please note that this seller community is only for sellers exporting on eBay from India. If you are looking at sending an invoice to your buyer, then you may follow the below instructions:
You can send or revise an invoice from either My eBay or Seller Hub.
- Find the item:
- From Actions, select Send invoice.
- Make any necessary changes (to shipping charges, payment methods, etc.).
- Select Send invoice.
It would be suggested that you connect with the customer support team or the seller community of your registration site.
