Stuck on 8 day Payout Hold - Seeking Manual Review
Hi everyone, I’m looking for some guidance or an escalation from a Community Lead regarding my payout schedule.
I’ve been selling on eBay for over 7 months with a clean track record and zero unresolved cases. Despite this, my funds are consistently held for 8 days after delivery.
I am aware that my "Tracking uploaded on time and validated" metric recently dipped to 92%, but I have corrected my shipping workflow, and my projected status for the next evaluation is now back above the 95% threshold.
I’ve tried reaching out through the automated assistant, but it only offers an email option and provides scripted responses stating the process is "automatic."
As an established seller, I would like to request a Manual Risk Review of my account to move me to the standard payout cycle. Could a moderator please help me get this in front of the Payments/Risk Team?
