shipping policy applying on every item multiple times
my customers are facing issue while placing orders
and when somebody purchase 3 items he has to pay shipping 3 times
how should i correct this

If the buyer has added items from various listings which have separate shipping charges, during the checkout the buyer would be charged the shipping cost for all.
However you can set up your combined shipping preferences so that you can save time and money by sending all their items in one package. Visit the following link for more details:
