Not able to use EGS. EGS not active.
We are trying to use EGS for past few months but always get the following error.
Your EGS account is not active.
- If you are an existing user and changed your eBay User ID recently, please drop a mail to ops@ebay.com along with your old and new user ids.
- In case of any other issues, please mail the issue along with your user ID and screenshot of the error to ops@ebay.com"
We mailed many times since no reply was received. We also mailed several times on "pallabi.s@iksula.com" but no response from them either.
Please help us. We also tried to contact customer support but they are also not able to help us.
