I have not received the item i have ordered on 21 April 22 . It was supposed to be delivered on 4th May. Tracking shows its in India right now in the customs, but even if i receive the item within a week or so, what will happen if i find the item not in working condition. Am i eligible for a refund. I am a bit worried
