I am unable to close my https://www.ebayglobalshipping.com/ account

I am unable to close my https://www.ebayglobalshipping.com/ account and there are some funds lying in my wallet , I need refund of the same.

Inorder to close the account please raise your query via the "Resolution Center" option by signing to your eBay Global Shipping account specifying the reasons to close the EGS account.
