FedEx & UPS logistic partner not activated in EGS account.

Hi,

I have already uploded the required document of EGS portal for Logistic partner activation. Apart from FEDEX & UPS, all approved. but these two are still pending. I have not received any error from their side. So, i need help from ebay, how to get activate the rest logistic partner.
