EGS NOT ACTIVE

IM NEW TO EBAY, IM NOT ABLE TO SHIP BECAUSE IM NOT ABLE TO LOGIN ON EGS, ITS SHOWING EGS IS NOT ACTIVE , PLZ HELP ME , IM ASKING FORR HELP SINCE WEEKS IM NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE
