GST AND IEC UPDATED STILL CANT LIST PRODUCT - GETTING ERROR THAT PLEASE UPDATE GST AND IEC

Hello Sir,

I got mail and notification that your IEC is Inactive kindly check and update in kycverification@ebay.com 
i check my IEC in government website its active 
i already send it to kycverification@ebay.com before one month but still they not give update or make account live

    i have provide GSTIN and IEC on eBay But still getting Following error. please any one help me. You can't list, as you need to update your GSTIN and IEC on eBay. GSTIN and IEC are mandatory for sellers who are registered in India to sell on eBay. To sell on eBay, provide your GSTIN and IEC on your My eBay Account Settings Profile page. thanks
