Ebay India Block on My 100% positive feedback Account

Hello,

I am having a seller account since 6 years,and i am making sales on that also.

Since 3 months I am not able to revise & add new listing, the below error is coming.

"To maintain a safe trading environment, eBay places limits on the number of categories sellers can list. Currently, you do not have required permission to sell in this category. If you wish to sell in this category, please create a business plan and write to inselling@ebay.com{e77920-780003x}"

 

Upon contacting eBay Customer care multiple times, the reply is same. Account is blocked by Ebayindia.

Ebay.com customer care have no control over eBay india.

only solution they are telling to do email to inselling@ebay.com.

I sent more than 25 email. such an irresponsible customer service.

Dont know what is the soloution

    We are sorry to know that you are facing issue while listing in the category chosen by you.  Please note that your issue has been escalated further to the concerned team and be rest assured that you should be hearing from them soon. 

     

    Please note that once your KYC is completed you would be notified by the Payoneer team and post that you should be able to list your item. The email from the concerned team will state details on the categories you can start listing.
