not accpet my debit card

Iam try to create new business seller account from INDIA

in first step  - connect my payneer account succesfully

in third step - enter my debit  card details (IDBI bank - saving account - visa)

then it show-We couldn't verify this card. Please provide a different card.

i already connect my payneer account with same debit card in first step but

in third step it show-We couldn't verify this card. Please provide a different card.

here anyone  from india please tell me which card type you connect with ebay to selling on ebay.com

    Dear tha-mart,

     

    We are sorry to know about the issue faced by you while adding the debit/credit card during the eBay & Payoneer syncing process.

     

    Any international credit/debit card with Visa/Mastercard logo is accepted. The issue faced by you is a known issue and the eBay team is working to have this resolved at the earliest. The only work around at this given time is to add a different credit/debit card and proceed with the steps.

    Dear Seller,

     

                      you can add credit card if issue with debit card or you can use debit card of another standard bank.

    Either Use ICICI debit card ( what is perfectly working with me)  or any active Credit card for international trading.
