In March 2023, eBay charged me an insertion fee of USD 350.

I do have 10k free listing from ebay but still eBay charge me 350 USD insertion fee last month. I have email 3 to 4 times but no one is responding my email. Can you please tell where do i get this resolved. Upon contacting US team they are telling me to contact our Indian team regarding this issue because your account is from India.
