Please note that effective eBay Managing Payments, the KYC process would now be completed by the Payoneer team. So if you have already completed your Payoneer registration by uploading the necessary documents, you do not need to update any information in your eBay account.

Once the Payoneer team completes your KYC, the information would be automatically synced with your eBay account. Incase you would want have an overview of the new registration flow, visit the following link:

If possible please try to connect with eBay customer care (USA) . Generally if you do not have any account manager it takes more then  2 months.  But by customer care you can accelerate your process. 

Keep checking all notification at Payoneer because some time there is not notification sign at payoneer but if you go and click on notification ..You will find some pending things there.
