Hello eBay India team, I am an India-registered seller (eBay username: si_538236). For the last 6 days I cannot submit any listing on ebay.com. Every time I try to list, I get this error: "You can't list, as you need to update your GSTIN and IEC on eBay. GSTIN and IEC are mandatory for sellers who are registered in India to sell on eBay." (Error code: e300610-962585x) My GSTIN and IEC were added in My eBay Account Settings more than 40 days ago, but the error still appears. I have also emailed inselling@ebay.com about this today. A screenshot of the error is attached below. Kindly check my account from the backend and remove this listing block. I can share my GST and IEC certificates privately if needed. Thank you.

I have checked my account information and the details are already saved. Please check my account from your side and confirm whether my GSTIN and IEC are properly verified and active for selling. If the information is already verified, please check whether there is an account-side verification or synchronization issue that is preventing me from creating listings. I would also appreciate it if you could confirm whether any additional document or verification is required from my side. Please help resolve this issue so I can start listing my products on eBay. Hello eBay Support Team, I received your message stating that my IEC is currently suspended. I have checked my IEC directly on the DGFT portal. My IEC status is showing Valid . In addition, my IEC modification submitted on 04/10/2026 is showing: Process: Modification of IEC File Status: Auto Approved Payment Status: SUCCESS Therefore, the IEC is valid and the latest modification has already been approved by DGFT. However, eBay is still showing the message that my IEC is suspended, and I am unable to create listings. I have attached screenshots from the DGFT portal showing the Valid IEC status and the successful IEC modification. Please escalate this to the appropriate verification team and refresh/re-verify my IEC status on eBay. Please let me know if any additional document is required. Thank you.

Hello community, I am facing a severe and deeply frustrating issue with a buyer who purchased an authentic item from my collection, abused eBay's return and refund process, and is now trying to force a fraudulent outcome. To make matters worse, after manipulating the transaction, the buyer left a malicious and false negative feedback claiming the item is "fake," just to damage my reputation and retaliate. My good name and integrity as a seller mean everything to me, and I refuse to let dishonest individuals ruin my profile with slanderous reviews while keeping the product and attempting to steal a refund. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? How can I properly escalate this to ensure eBay removes this unfair retaliatory feedback and protects honest sellers from this kind of scam?
