Regarding BBE
Dear Sir, My account was resticted .There are 3 buyers from Brazil not shared the Tax id and not confirm the custom charges,i was sent many messages but they didn't respond then we were cancel the order . If the Buyer not share tax id then I was not able to book the orders on EGS portal. Now tell me where is our fault and account counted BBE(Bad BuyerExperience ) is high. My concern is about BBE policy. I do not think the BBE policy is good for seller. My account is top rated. Feedback rating is 4.8 out of 5 but still my account is restricted just because of BBE. 2 or 3 customer left the positive feedback with low rating for item not as described and these feedback counted in BBE count. Returns got closed in my favor but they still being counted in BBE policy. I took the help of ebay but they said it automated process and ebay is not able to help. I just need to wait. i am selling in eBay more than 4 years. A lot of shortcomings have been made in calculating our account. And all the cases open on our account. We have delivered all the orders. And all orders are delivered within 4 to 5 days of case opening. And in one case the item was already delivered. And when we sent the delivery proof to Buer. So Buer also accepted. That I had opened this case by mistake. Due to all these cases BBE rating became high. And selling privilege was imposed on my account. It is very little our fault. And all our orders are shipped via EGS via FedEx. And due to the delay of the shipping company, the order could not be delivered to the buyer on time. That's why my BBE rating became high. I have been selling on eBay for more than 3-4 years and have an excellent track record. Recently This SNAD has caused unnecessary havoc. We deal in large quantities like 100-300 each month, and in this, even if we convey to the buyer not to open returns, the buyer automatically opens returns, and some returns are false. eBay says claims should be less than 2% and less than 2. Please understand logically, that if a seller sells 100-300 items and even if two false claims are opened, he will get the SNAD consequence. My account manager said he understands this, but he says he is helpless. He said he too, wants this gone as this is not logical. Please, eBay understand. Ultimately we will have to reduce selling if nothing happens in this case. This is the only way.
