Do I lose item and $
Buyer filed for not received and I am totally on their side as well beyond when it should of arrived. 90% of my packages are mailed SAME not next day. Tomorrow I feel the buyer is going to get the money back for the item. Any time I have had shipments do this in the past they eventually did arrive to the buyer and never back to me. Other times when it has just stopped traveling through the network for over a day or days of course send refund right away. Likely the buyer will receive the item few days after the 8th is USPS correct course. eBay global shipping
We eBay sellers from India use EGS(ebayglobalshipping.com) FedEx added ESS(Emergency situation surcharge) in Covid time. but recently FedEx and DHL also officially removed ESS for all the countries. But on the eBayglobalshipping.com platform it is not removed yet. It is not fair to eBay sellers like us to face this Discrimination. If these extra charges are removed we the sellers of all India can perform better and provide better price and service to the buyers. I request you to forward this to the concerned team and Remove Surcharges and upload revised rate for eBayglobalshipping.com Thank you. hi as discussed in today's seller education session pls help us in enrolling eBay global shipping program. we faced the following error while clicking on login " Your EGS account is not active. If you are an existing user and changed your eBay User ID recently, please drop a mail to ops@ebay.com along with your old and new user ids. The buyer wants an invoice?
Hi, the buyer of my item has asked for an invoice as he is a company (I’m a private seller) I’ve been going round in circles but still can’t find a solution that works, none of the instruction information I have found have the same page layout, I’ve tried looking for it, I’ve tried using the iOS app & the web but still nothing.
