Not able to list on Ebay.com
Hi I am not able to list new item's on Ebay.com.Earlier I was able to sell as much item's I can on the site but now this message appears "In order to maintain a safe trading environment, eBay places a selling limit on sellers and you have reached your global trading limit. To increase your ability to list more items, please send an email to “inappeals@ebay.in” mentioning preferred time (between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM) and the day (in next 2-3 days) when our customer service representative can contact you. We look forward to the chance to talk with you about your current and future business plans, along with your supplier and shipment information. This conversation will help us make sure you have everything in place to meet buyer’s expectations while growing your business." I have dropped many E-mail to the E-mail provided but still no reply for so many days!! Help needed !
problem tracking usps priority mail international parcel .
i bought a verizon lumia 822 which was shipped on 22nd . tracking number : CF005366555US. i use 2 sites to check one is usps and other is http://ipsweb.ptcmysore.gov.in/ipswebtracking/ in usps site it shows teh item is is customs india but in ipsweb its doesnt shows it in india. i contacted cusotms office and they say the package is still not arrived yet . in ipsweb it shows ITEM n° CF005366555US new search Local Date and Time Country Location Event Type Extra Information 1/20/2013 7:30:00 PM UNITED STATES 41240 Receive item from customer (Otb) 1/24/2013 7:35:00 AM UNITED STATES ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) Receive item at office of exchange (Otb) 1/24/2013 7:37:00 AM UNITED STATES ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) Insert item into bag (Otb) is usps main tracking site it shows CF005366555US Priority Mail International Parcels Customs Clearance February 07, 2013, 2:23 pm International Parcels Customs Clearance February 05, 2013, 12:48 pm Processed Through Sort Facility January 24, 2013, 7:37 am ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) Arrived at Sort Facility January 24, 2013, 7:35 am ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) Arrival at Unit January 22, 2013, 12:32 pm PAINTSVILLE, KY 41240 Electronic Shipping Info Received January 20, 2013 now i dont know waht to do . wil go and check at customs office tomorrow . has anyone come across a problem like this . i am buying from US for nearly 2 years and this is one of the first problem i had got . is my package lost by indian customs ?
Internaltional shipping: "Registered letter" versus "Registered parcel"
Here is some interesting information I have for friends on eBay India on sending packets internationally. (I send from Bangalore) 1. If you go to a post office, most clerks will tell you that "Registered letter" can only contain documents. This is FALSE. It can contain lightweight merchandise (upto about 2 kg). 2. A piece of merchandise weighing 100g booked as "Registered Letter" will cost you only about Rs. 100 whereas the same by "Registered Parcel" will cost you four times as much. 3. CN 22 is a commonly used international-standard customs form for sending small items for personal use. Some post offices will ask you to use CP 3 (outdated) or CP 72 which is only for parcels. CN 22 is used for items not exceeding Rs. 25000 in value and NO other documentation is required. 4. IEC is also not required. Of course I discovered the above the hard way, and I hope this info is useful to eBayers.
eBay India illegally holding small sellers money before GST. Take action
eBay.in eBay India holding sellers money illegally. As per rules GST is from 1st July 2017. And sellers who sold items in May and June 2017 their payments blocked on 25th June 2017. They are now asking to provide GST number. So if that is the case why they allowed to place ads and allowed sales process. So that they know already thousands of small sellers do not have GST and they can illegally hold their hard earned money? This is completely illegal. eBay India involve in harassment to small Indian sellers. Government of India should immediately involve and take strict action against eBay India. Also pay compensation along with total money to the sellers. All sellers unite and fight against this illegal work of Ebay India.
Does India Post Accept Puerto Rico Parcels In Sample PAcket ?
Dear Members, Please reply ASAP whether IndiaPost acepts Puerto Rico's parcels in Sample PAcket. I just saw their list there isn't mention anything as Puerto Rico in their system. Is any body shipping to puerto rico please help. How to go forward. PLZ REPLY ASAP. Many Thanks

Can't list or relist products...seller limit restriction
Since 1st August 2013, I am not able to list or previously listed items in ebay.com(US/UK) though I can list in India, the charges are exhorbitant. The message I get is as under though I am a member since 2003 and I have 100% positive feeback and I sell very rarely: "Your ability to list items on eBay sites outside your home country has been blocked due to violations of eBay’s Seller Performance Standards policy. Until you meet the minimum seller performance standards, you will be able to list only on your local eBay site and select shipping locations that are in your domestic market. Your account is currently not meeting the minimum standards in one or more global markets. The cross-border trade block placed on your account will be removed once you are able to meet the minimum standards in these markets and your seller level has changed to “Above Standard.” You can track how well you are doing in your Seller Dashboard, under the Performance tab." How Can I make it to above standard unless i have the ability to sell and get the feeback/rating up. Please tell. I have not contacted ebay. Hey, Can anyone help me out in clearing custom problem in fedex? I am in deep trouble right now and need some serious help from guys . Product : 5 Nokia 8800 Gold edition Paid : $2259 Custom Declared : $600 Details : Defective mobiles Problem in details : Custom has detain my parcel and its there with them since last 4-5 days.They had opened the parcel and found that it was new brand and as per their saying 1 handset is 600$ not all of $600 as declared.( Actualy price is arond $400 ) Fedex contacted me for the same and asked me for these details in their mail ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ We are authorized clearing agent for FedEx Express , India . We refer to the Courier Import shipment received for your good self, under FedEx AWB No 798448837930. The shipment has been detained by Delhi Customs for adjudication. The value declared by shipper is USD 600.00, customs have found internet value USD 628.99 per pc / total value USD 3143.30. Hence the shipment will attract penalty apart form duties & taxes for this misdeclaration. We require the following documents for clearance: 1) Manufacturer’s pricelist or the internet value 2) A letter addressed to the Deputy Commissioner of customs, New Delhi , stating the following: (a) The reason for importing the shipment and where it will be used (b) You are ready to bear the duties and taxes (c) You are ready to bear the fines and penalties (due to old & used items) and you do not want any show cause notice or personal hearing. 3) Letter authorizing FedEx as authorized broker Attaching herewith documents for your reference. Please provide us the following documents by fax on fax number 011-2560 0644 or e-mail in order to help us process the shipment for clearance with the customs. Kindly note if the shipment is not cleared within 3 days, following warehousing charges would be applicable: 1-3 Days: No Charges 4th -15th Day Rs. 40.00 (Per Day) 16th -30th Day Rs. 60.00 (Per Day) 30 & above Rs. 75.00 (Per Day) Please note that according to the provisions under Regulation 5(5) of Courier Import and Export (Clearance) Regulation, 1998 as amended vide Customs Notification No. 54/99, the shipments may be surrendered to the customs for disposal, if not cleared within 30 days of arrival. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Now,I had sent these required documents to them,its been 2 days since there was no update in these,i tried calling the representive (Name disclosed) who is handling my custom issue,but she/he didn't reply of my phones,nor update me via email. Then I wrote a rude email for proper action etc,then I got call on saturday (today) evening and they said ( fedex) that your clarification & documents has been submitted to custom officer for clearence 2 days back (around on 4-5 june) Its clear that fedex people are just passing time by saying this all lies, All over I need some one who can help in this clearing my customs at whatever charges ..fines for wrong declaration etc. Please comeforward and help :( Helpless, Bijay Agarwal
