As a result, you may face temporary disruption or delays to your shipments from
and to these above countries. If your shipments are being picked up or delivered
to these above countries, kindly check with your selected carrier(s) for latest
service updates for (a) for shipments which have been already picked up by
carriers and (b) before booking any new shipments.
As buyers in these countries may experience temporary delays in receiving their
shipments, we recommend checking your item’s tracking information regularly for
the most up-to-date status.
With effect from 25 February 2026, if your shipment(s) are impacted by these
disruptions, eBay will automatically provide seller protections to your affected
transactions. This includes:
● Your late delivery rate;
● Your “Item Not Received” cases;
● Your defects resulting from transactions you cancelled; and
● Negative or Neutral Feedback from buyers related to impacted transactions.
