[Resolved] Technical Issue: Insertion fees charged to INCBT sellers using eBaymag store promotion

This is pursuant to our AB post dated 6 October 2022.

We would like to inform you that the technical issue has been resolved wherein INCBT sellers using eBaymag store promotion were being charged insertion fees for listings created post 30 September 2022.

Now sellers are no longer being charged insertion fees where they have properly availed of the eBaymag store promotion. The eBay team is working to get the insertion fees charged for these listings credited automatically to the accounts of the impacted sellers.
