Required Actions to Maintain Your Account Performance and Avoid Restrictions

Dear Seller,

 

We hope you and your family are safe and are taking the necessary safety precautions.

 

As you are aware that India is reeling under its most serious crises in the wake of the Covid-19. The state governments have announced varying levels of restrictions to prevent and contain the spread of Covid-19 but have allowed logistics carriers and postal services as per their respective orders. 

 

As always, it’s important that we deliver the best possible buyer experience. You are requested to take the following actions to meet your buyer’s expectations:  

 

  1. Reset your handling time as per availability of logistic services in your area;
  2. Ship and upload the tracking details at the earliest;
  3. Communicate with your buyers and maintain selling hygiene; and
  4. Manage Time Away Setting; if you are unable to fulfill orders

 

As you know that if you fail to fulfil your orders within stated handling time, it will negatively impact your account health and buyer experience.  Hence, if you are unable to fulfill your orders, please immediately set time away in your Time Away Setting in order to protect your account and buyer experience. If you fail to do so within next 24 hours, eBay will initiate appropriate action (including restrictions) on your account with no exceptions or credits.
