We wish to share with you a recent notification dated July 1, 2021 issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, stating that period of modification of Importer-Exporter Code (“IEC”) is extended for the year 2021-22 till July 31, 2021, and no fees shall be charged on modifications carried out in IEC during the period up to July 31, 2021.
We request you to familiarize yourself with the aforesaid notification and take appropriate action, if any, at the earliest.
