Requirements
- Only applicable for Above Standard sellers & above in all regions
- Last 3-month GMV should be minimum USD 25,000
- 50% of last 3 months GMV should be from transactions of ASP >= USD 250
- Shipping service standard + standard plus with 30 days return

How It Works

Seller:
- Resolves issue within Seller Make It Right period
- Voluntary refund on time
eBay:
- eBay will protect against - Item Not as Described Service Metric
- Return Defect
- Neutral / Negative Feedback
